My Introduction as a Newbie to this..

Hey there my name is Phillip and I am definitely new to this so don't laugh.  I'm thirty years old and my highest weight was 463 pounds. Over the last year and a half I have reduced to 312. My goal is to get down to about 215. I also want to build more muscle and create a good body cut. I recently joined Planet Fitness with my fiance and we started a 5x5 program. I hope it works out to our advantage and I'm very excited to grow together and make our current soft bodies healthier and more lean. Thanks for listening!
