Hello everyone, 

 

My name is Boy (yes, I'm serious), a fresh new rebel from the coast of the Netherlands. I recently came across this site through some binge-reading on different blogs and I must say that I'm pretty hyped. I've always been a very active person; 12 years of swimming, 14 years of judo and 6 years of muay thai/kickboxing plus some strength training on the side. Up to oktober I trained at least 6 times a week, until I made a mistake during a judo training which left me with a pretty bad concussion. I'm currently still recovering so 30 mins of exercise, twice a week is my max at the moment. I didn't realise how hard it would be to get back in gear after 3 months of inactivity, I find myself making excuses or being too fearful about building up too fast. Seeing this site has returned that familiar itch to go at it again, so I'm really curious what the next few months will be like.

 

As far as my current goals go:

- I want to get my bodyfat below 12% (currently 16)

- I want to get my weight down to 72 kg (currently 73,5 so almost there)

- I'm planning to take the black belt exam for judo at the end of this year

- After that, I want to focus on my kickboxing and get back in the ring.
