I was very hungry today and a little tired, that is not a good combination Fitness I went swimming with J. And it was so great! He did everything I asked without the whining and he enjoyed himself. I made him swim a greater distance and he was so proud at himself for doing it (I did walk besides him and helped him breath, because I hadn't taught him that yet, but the swimming he did by himself without aids) Life Time got away from me today, so no tidying. But I did contact an other real estate agent. Mostly because the two that had been here were so different in their approaches, and they had both things I really liked and things I didn't like as much. Well, maybe the decision will be even harder when I have to pick from three different ones, but there is no harm in trying right? I also made an appointment with a mortgage specialist, and contacted a handyman to make tiny fixes in the house to make it look better. Even resited bying chocolate that was for sale. But after dinner I was done. I tried to get back on track, but failed. I think the reason for this was hormones and still not being fully recovered. Fitness I wanted to just lay on the couch all morning, but I gave myself a good kick in the butt and went to zumba. I was not sorry I went. I had to do the grocery shopping today and since it's almost valentines day, there is chocolate for sale everywhere. And I wanted the chocolate. But I reminded myself that the only reason for my urge to binge eat was my urge to binge eat, and I managed to snap out of it and I didn't buy chocolate. I ate a lot of freggies today, so that is good. But in the evening I was too tired from resisting all day and I gave in. It could have been worse, but there just wasn't so much bad food in the house I've planned my meals for tomorrow again, and I'm hoping I'll be stronger Fitness I skipped salsa class. Partly because I was just so tired still, and partly because I'm running way behind on chores. I think I made the right decision. Life The house we wanted to look at tomorrow got sold today But there is still a lot to do before we can put our house on the marked. It also means they don't maintain well, so houses that are less than 10 years old are in much worse shape than they should be. But since soldiers get a housing allowance based on their rank it creates an artificial price floor (for rents, too) that makes it hard to find a quality home at an affordable price. I'd rather keep renting and waiting than jump in to a bad deal. Learning and moving on: I need more filling meals tomorrow Fitness Nothing planned today Life We had a handyman come by who can fix the little things that can make the house prettier while not costing much. Some paint here and there, replacing door handles, that kind of stuff. I also arranged for some furnature and stuff that we don't need every day to be shipped to my MIL. She has a big shed where we can put it. The goal is to make the house as empty as possible while still being able to live here so it will look big and roomy for the pictures. I've wrote down a plan to empty the house in my BuJo. It will probably take about 2 weeks to get the house ready. I'm talking to a third real estate agent tomorrow and than I'll pick the one I like best. And still: I tried to follow a diet (clean eating as tosca reno describes it) NO MORE DIETS I binge because of them. I feel terrible because of them. Now I'm not going to focus on restriction anymore. I'm going to focus on eating MORE freggies and drinking MORE water. And focus on feeling whether or not I am full or hungry. Fitness I went swimming with A. He did so well! When he went from the giant crocodile slide he lost his earplugs, so I was able to do some diving myself. I didn't find them I had to buy new ones. The diving was fun though Life Almost all the pieces are set in motion: My sister is going to help us move the furniture and boxes, I rented a small trailer that my parents will put behind their car, and my MIL agreed to have the furniture stored at her house and shed. I've got two weeks to pack everything up. I think that's plenty of time. Tomorrow the third real estate agent will come and I'll pick one and make appointments to shoot photo's and such. We are really doing this!!! I'm so exited!
