This is not the case in every city in the Netherlands. You can get lost easily where my parents live, because all houses look alike.

I looked at the links to your favorite houses, they look nice. I then realized Google is going to think I'm looking to move to the Netherlands and I'm going to start seeing adds for Dutch Real Estate.

Week 3, day 6

 

 

Freggies on track, Spanish practiced,

 

My friend and her daughter came by today, we had a great time  We chatted a lot and the kids had a lot of fun playing together. Her daughter is just as blond as my boys and 1,5 years older than A. If you see them together you could mistaken them for siblings  

 

I'm grateful for my friend coming over

I'm grateful for netflix

I'm grateful for the grocery delivering service when there is no chance I could go grocery shopping without the boys

I feel like this was the case where I lived when I was there. Still infinitely more personable (and walkable) than most places in the US though.

Week 3, day 7

 

I'm having a lot of ideas for the next challenge and I'm ready to close this one  Well, one more week to go.

This morning I went swimming with A. He can do the front crawl and backstroke on his own without any aids now  Next week we'll start with the backstroke. He needed a lot of motivating, but he got it done. 

 

SH went to see a friend in the afternoon so I was home alone with the boys. I started with a nap while the boys where playing  After that I made sushi and the three of us ate it as dinner. The local ice cream shop opened this week again, so we went there fore desert. Sushi is J's favorite food, so he was so happy during dinner and when he heard we where going out for ice cream he was just ecstatic

Yes it is

I had cucumber, shrimp, smoked chicken and tuna. I love those with crab too!

Week 4, day 1

 

Freggies and water on track, no exercise for today, but I did get a lot of cleaning and laundry done  

Sushi filling left over work good in a salad, so I made a cucumber salad with prawns today for lunch. It was delicious! In the afternoon I went to the store and bought a bag of salad among other things, but I left the bag there At least, I didn't have it with me when I came home, so it must be still at the store.

 

I filled our calendar for Saturday with appointments at houses we want to look at. I'm really looking forward to that! Our house will go online tomorrow if all goes well. I hope we'll sell soon.

Week 4, day 2

Freggies and water on track. And I made it to zumba class!

I washed the curtains of our house for the first since A was born today   (He is 6 now). The things you do when you want to sell a house  

Our house is now officially for sale on funda  (most used site for people looking for a house), and their is someone who wants to come look at our house next Monday! I also have planned the visits of al the houses we want to check out. So all that is left is keeping the house clean now.

I went swimming with J today. He can do independent catch up arms now, and since his hands can barely reach each other above his head it looks totally adorable <3 We practiced back swimming "pad the dog" technique (you move your arms/hands like you're padding a dog). He almost got it, but not quite. He worked really hard and afterwards we played hard together too  It was really fun.

week 4, day 4

 

zumba happened freggies are on track

We looked at the first house today. It was one of my favourites, but now I am not so sure. It is a lot better than the house we live in now, but it is not perfect. I think we can find better.

Week 4, day 5

 

I got a lot done today and food was okay. 

In the evening something happened that rattled me, combine that with pms hormones and you got an emotional mess. I went to the yak's head and the doodlies got me through <4 In the end I was worried for nothing and things worked out really well.

I keep switching my goals. Every screw up I see as a sign that this isn't working and I need to find an other way. No more of that, my next challenges will be consistent, no more hopping from one thing to an other.

My life goal did go very well. Our house is for sale with pretty pictures on the internet!
