Pfft. I wish.

Moreso than we blokes.  Granted you might be an outlier, but generally speaking men petition women for "yoga".

And y'all have another advantage, especially as we get older--the better I am at "yoga" the longer it'll be before I can "yoga" again.  Preferably after a nap and a snack. ;)

Yoga followed by naps, snacks and then more yoga sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me..

Self "yoga" is the best kind of yoga

I think I'd have to disagree with you on this one.  Not that I don't appreciate doing 'yoga' all by myself but it's a lot more fun with a partner. ;)

Yeah, but only incrementally.  Also, our "yoga" partners control studio availability. ;)

That was a coffee spitter for me!

What about adding in self care and amount of water drank?

Self care is such vague description. I did add listening to music, creating something (crafting) and spending time on a hobby. Would that do?

I added a water goal: to drink at least 2 liters water for X days. We have some really competitive doodlies, and this way no one will drink too much water :)

For self care do we have any positivity stuff - affirmations, gratitude statements, visualizations?

That's fine - I was thinking things like take bath, moisturize, do something small and special for yourself.

  • Your example on the spreadsheet says 5k, 10k, 15k, but I don't see it on the list?
  • You also say biking, but I don't see it on the list (btw, I've seen biking multiplied by 3 when comparing biking distance to running distance)?
  • Reading goal?
  • Freggie goal of some sort? - what about Def's seasonal veggie goal?
  • Does anyone have access to an OCR course for this challenge (other than anyone crazy enough to do a winter one?)
  • What about doing certain Darebee workouts or the Daily Dare so many days?
  • Complement a stranger "x" amount of times?

I just copied this from the previous scavenger hunt :P

I can add them if you want?

Added. I've also added stuff to choose from for this. If you know more stuff to add, let me know :)

*shrug* I'm just giving ideas! I think it should be a group decision. It just seemed kind of non-fitness focused to me, so I was thinking that way.

It actually says obstacle course on the list.

Strongman runs :P like the viking runs i did.

Also @Sylvaa i am doing one very soon

I'm doing one on the 4th, which totally falls within the time frame. I know there are a few places near me I can do them also, but the closest one is closed through the winter.

It is a scary one. But I feel like it would have to be strangers - I mean, complimenting family and friends would be too easy.

Clarification questions-

Can you update on your thread and also put your 3 grateful items in the same post?

Do freggies in new recipes count towards both items on the list?

Pancakes - Terah, Def, Lady Shello & Sylvaa

Waffles - jmk, DrFeelGood, Rab & Ryuu

@Sylvaa is not on the sign in sheet. Are you a pancake this challenge Sylvaa?

About puppies, what else :P

No, I think I finally found the real estate agent that will sell our house.

So if any of you are interested in living in a beautiful home in the Netherland, you can now! :D
