I made up a theme based on all the holidays this challenge.

 

Goal 1. Nutrition

  • Make at least one fun recipe each weekend I’m home (that’s only 2 this challenge)

  • Pack enough snacks for work and eat before any work goodies

  • For the two weekends I’m away… I’m thinking of doing something where when I eat a plateful/snack/junk, I need to step away and do 10 burpees.

  • Oh and I’m doing another 3day juice thing next Tues – Thurs.

Goal 2. Cardio

  • 10 cardio sessions. 2-3/week.

  • 12 weight-lifting sessions, 3/week.

Hehehehe we basically have the same training schedules/goals or whatever. Minus yoga... maybe that can be my off day so we can be twinsies!

But burpee punishments.... oof. I know I should be embracing that. Maybe I'll find a way to sneak it in...

Ran out of time so I cut rows short. Book club brunch happened afterwards. Meal prep happened after that… visited dad to help with paperwork, ughhh taxes. Then went to my mom’s to watch the first half of the superbowl. I had some chili and then little tastings of spinach/artichoke dip, swiss cheese fondue, nacho dip, and cake. I also made sure to have a serving of a cabbage/brussels salad I brought.

 

Went to friends for the second half of the game! Ate some meatballs and chocolate covered pretzels. And beers.

 

*I don’t track zero week points/goals because I treat it like a little break or else I get CRAZY

Week 0 – Monday

 

Slept in cuz late Sunday night. got about 6hrs sleep.

 

Ended up not bringing enough snacks to work, two oranges? That’s like 130cals total. So I had a mocha coffee (hot chocolate packet+Kcup), 4 pink reese’s hearts, and some meatballs before dinner.

 

Got in 3 planks and 2 wall sits at work. I did some shark week yoga and regular yoga for a solid 45mins at home.

 

dinner was hot italian sausage and roasted veg:

and if i had just added some purple cabbage it would've been mardi gras! damn.

Week 0 – Wednesday

 

Slept in. packed up snacks in the morning and hurried off to work.

 

at work:

boat @60s

 

wanted to eat lindt chocolates. But I had my oranges, carrots, and guac instead. Then some cashew butter and meatballs when I got home before dinner. did laundry instead of yoga or cardio. had ground turkey and roasted broc for din.

 

Had SO stop for salsa and chips and popcorn for snowday today! will be making guac with the salsa and my very ripe avos todayyyyyy

Ya, ya, nice food and nice snacks. I also had a really ripe avocado yesterday. I made avocado tuna salad instead of guac. I am a big fan, especially with a bit of chipotle sauce and lime. :D
