Is there a better place to watch? The live feeds have been really hit and miss. I think the signal is sketchy so sometimes you only get 10seconds of a live video. This thread is getting a little long and a few of us decided that it might be better to start a new thread. 30 pages of info might be a little intimidating to newbies! I'm going to get a new thread up in the Accountabilibuddies section of new challenge today and I'll post the link here when it's live. I'll put the link for this thread in the new one so we don't lose all the excellent training plans and other info from here. The new group is going to be expanded slightly to include trail running along with OCR's. Seeing as we're heading into winter in the Southern hemisphere, OCR is going to get quiet and I assume most of us will be doing training on the trails, so it makes sense.
