Following for the awesomeness again. Please let us know when you get the levitation thing down! That would make parkour SO much easier!

yeah it would make it so much easier!!!, but probably less fun? I guess at least :D

Thanks alot ! hopefully this challenge would be much better than the last one, after the small rearrangements.

Oh I also put in some cardiofuckihatethistraining.

Less bellyfat means closer to one day get that darn muscleup

That's so impressive.  So, in terms of working down to that, do you do forward bends and gradually get closer to the floor?  I'm super flexible in many respects but find for forward bends in yoga I have to put so many props in front of me and basically barely move.

Can you shoot me a picture of a forward fold and I might be able to trouble shoot it. - sometimes and often that you will think its due to tight calves and achilles since they chain with the hamstrings :)

For me the biggest problem is a stiff lower back. so basically was I do right now is sitting in a straddled position on some weight plates (to get higher up) and then do active folding for reps down.

this is apparently a common thing especially with men. My yoga teacher always gave hubby a folded blanket to sit on for anything like these so that his lower back would be protected. Basically what you are doing with the weight plates
