I should start taking 1-2 seconds going up, holding for 1, then going down for 3. Next time! Jumping jacks (JJ) and Jumping Lunges (JL) in between every 10 pushups 30 Knee push-ups total with the same progression. It went like this: JJs, 10 normal, JLs. JJs, 10 normal, JLs, JJs, 10 knee, JLs, JJs, 10 normal, JLs, JJs, 10 knee, JLs, JJs, 10 knee JLs, JJs. 10 normal (TIME UP) I am getting some pain in my left armpit.
