I wouldn't believe if it someone told me, but I can't really argue with it now that it's happening to me lol. This sounds exactly like me about my morning ritual from Nourish Yourself! Interesting that just taking that time for ourselves and focusing inside or on everything or so can do so much good. <3 3 Quote Introduction (where I started, May 2016) ~*~ NF Character (dormant) Progress as a Nomad: Battle log where I do my own challenges Useful posts on my battle log: Useful Links and Travel Schedule, Future Challenge Ideas, Goals for 2017 as a whole, Assorted Goals (not on rotation), Elements W1D1, Last Quarter Goals Link to comment
Owlet
Oh hey, it's end of challenge time! Didn't do a whole lot of updating or recording of progress this time so I'll just do a super vague wrap up. One off goals: set up an area to paint. I don't have a studio anymore so I need to set up a nice space somewhere in the house asap to encourage me to get stuck into painting for the exhibition. Done, turned out to be easy. Might switch it up at some point though. decide on some sort of timetable so I know when I'm going to do workouts (mainly physio exercises still) and painting and chanting. Didn't really need one in the end. Fitness: get back into lunchtime walks. Since I won't have workouts taking up lunchtime, I'm free to go for walks. Bonus! Done - did better at start of challenge physio exercises 2-3 x per week, work on trigger points as often if not more Done-ish, didn't manage any in week 4 stretching. I've noticed I'm getting reeeally tight and sore recently from too much sitting down. Done-ish, didn't manage any in week 4. Or week 3.. Painting: ugh I hate setting painting goals, it takes all the joy out of it. So I will paint as often as I feel able/willing too. This show won't be my best because I've been way too busy/distracted, but it might still be ok. I'm not tooo worried. Done! So done. Diet: Carry on with no bread or pasta and limited carbs in general Done - with the odd exception but nothing major. Cool so that was that, time to move onto the next (more exciting) cat challenge 4 Quote Current Challenge Link to comment
