Challenge 2: going exploring!

I'm a Ranger at heart, but upcoming life circumstances including some travel mean that Scouts are a better fit for me this challenge. Here are my goals:

Goal 1 (fitness): Walk 9000+ steps on 24 of the 28 days of the challenge.

Goal 2 (fitness): Walk 11000+ steps on 6 of the 28 days of the challenge (quite likely to happen while travelling)

Goal 2 (nutrition): Eat at least 6 meals a week that are at least 3/4 non-carbs.

Goal 3 (LUYL): Pray with my wife every day.

These goals went quite well. Here's the retrospective:

Goal One:  Walk 9000+ steps on 24 of the 28 days of the challenge.  Grade: 22/24 = 92%
What did you do to help your success?
  • Went for walks by myself in the evenings.

What would you do differently next challenge?
  • For walking, build more walking into my day; just go for walks at work, e.g.

Continue this goal next challenge?

No, this goal is complete!

Goal Two: Walk 11000+ steps on 6 of the 28 days of the challenge   Grade: 5/6 = 83%
What did you do to help your success?
  • Had days of lots of walking, intentionally and otherwise

What would you do differently next challenge?
  • About the same for goal setting is good on walking challenges: one goal for one level, another for a higher level.

Continue this goal next challenge?

No, this goal is complete!

Goal Three:  Eat at least 6 meals a week that are at least 3/4 non-carbs. Grade: 100?
What did you do to help your success?
  • Set a low and pretty simple target

What would you do differently next challenge?
  • Set a goal that requires less tracking... I lost track pretty quickly. But I'm quite confident I nailed it.

Continue this goal next challenge?

No, this goal is complete! (but do similar things...)

Goal Four:  Pray with my wife every day.  Grade: 26/28 = 93%
What did you do to help your success?
  • Set a simple and easy goal

What would you do differently next challenge?
  • Set a different goal.

Continue this goal next challenge?
No, this goal is complete! (But I'll keep doing it...

FINAL CHALLENGE GRADE: 92
ANY OTHER NOTES / COMMENTS:
  • Shooting for better than 92!
  • Heading over to the Warriors for a challenge. Bye!
