First week of Paleo, cutting out carbs, gluten, sugar, processed foods, when that was all I ate before. I love food and love snacking. Yesterday AND today someone brought in donuts to work and I haven't had a single one. I was given bread with my salad today and gave it to someone else. I haven't had a soda since starting, and the only slip up was when I had a sandwich for lunch yesterday and was driving, but I only ate it as open face and gave the other slice to a coworker. So far, so good! I thought I'd be hating this but I think I'm doing a good job so far! :D
