Food goals: today is my " don't worry about it" . Not to binge or cheat just to enjoy being with friends and family without recording everything.

Movement goals: I'm already at 4.5miles so I can't see not making 5 by the end of the day.

Self care: ran this morning ,OK it was really jogging, took my meds, wrote, and spent time with loved ones
