!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I finally looked at the rest of their programs, I AM IN LOVE!  Their 30 day programs are absolutely perfect for my phase 2. .

You ladies are impressive. Sadly I can't do diamond pushups at all. Had to scale them to an incline. But I did what I could! Not an exciting start for me.

I most certainly did NOT do diamond push ups XD

 

scapular push ups are done with straight arms, using your shoulder muscles to raise and lower your spine between your shoulder blades. Physical therapy for weak shoulders :)

Thanks for posting these pictures! I've been thinking of adding them to my own routine. I'm having an issue with my rhomboids, and I've seen some stuff online suggesting these.

I found the diamond push ups surprisingly easy :D I didn't know I'd be able to do them at all but I really didn't struggle at all.

 

The tap mountain climbers biggest issue was just started with them. Yuck. No problem but I really hate mountain climbers :P

 

2 days down, two dares and two lots of EC, well on my way.

I'm gonna do it and stick to it this time! I'm gonna be aiming for Silver. :D

 

Also, has anyone seen the new program? Athena's workbook (?). I'm gonna try and do that one for this challenge.

Did the toe tap hops mid run this morning. Turns out that there is nothing better to make your legs feel heavy on the return stretch ;) 

 

I sincerely dislike any and all the dares for time rather than reps!

Oh yes I much prefer the dares that are in the 5-15 rep range. Like the diamond pushups. I'm dreading the day when we get a 2 minute plank :uncomfortableness:
