Thanks for the support.I don't know what I would do without my.online family.my real life family isn't into health and fitness at all.

Soo day 1. Im in the 4 week challenge. Im focusing on the power of three.

 

 

Food choices

Exercise

Water

 

I.have committed to.a green smoothie Mon through friday.

 

Done..success green goddess consumed along with vinegar shots

 

Tonight.is a class at the gym,but going to.do my kb in.between

 

Im.drinking water throughout the day.

 

Day 1 will be a success.my stomach.is a little off .had some fresh.homemade granola.and some greek yogurt with wild orange oil..its funny even whole food natural ingredients can still cause harm to your body. The dairy and the sugar.in the granola bars didn't settle well.so  im looking forward to clean choices today.

 

Ill be posting frequently throughout the day  here .

Well some people see dairy as a natural food.the sugar was derived from dried fruits. But none.of  it settled.I.usually.do.soy.milk,rice milk,or oat.milk. No dairy,but.I.thought.Just a little bit wouldn't hurt but I was wrong. So.today.is clean eating.

lol you.can use old fashioned oats or you can use oat groats and cook them down ..add.water blend. In a blender and strain the milk through a cheese.clorh.or a fine.mesh strainer.

 

I.use old fashioned oats its what I have on hand..

 

1 cup of oats and about 3 cups of water and blend .you.can add vanilla cinnamon   and a sweetener but I.leave mine plain because I use it in savory dishes as well..

 

This.comes out thicker so.I.add.more water but you can keep.it as is for.a creamier milk

 

You.Will have to stir each time you use.it.

 

I.also make Brown rice milk the.same way.

 

The.soy.milk is soy powder with water.
