lynneta Posted March 21, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 21, 2017 Today was a strong day Food was on point Exercise Over 2 miles in walking.over 5k in steps..this is not meeting my goal,but its movement Kb workout 10 lb 30 reps Overhead Swing Squat Russian twists One arm swing right Strength toning class Lots of lunges,squats with weights Core work bicycle ,reverse crunches sit ups push.ups tricep push ups Lots of dumbbell work. Water was on point..green godless was had. So overall.other than missing some steps..partly due to my fitbit needed charging and me not getting my steps in early enough. But overall a successful day. Was ok.with this.the three bite rule I.came home exhausted even though I.didnt get all my steps in I.came home I.had nothing made so.I.are some spaghetti.aka gluten. Luckily.enough it dodnt.kill my.stomach. I.did.get.in my.water and my.Green goddess. So that's good So.I.did have some good points.but overall not a successful.day. Today.was successful.I.went shopping which.meant aka long walk pulling 40 pounds of groceries.in.a suitcase...hmmm can that.count as a strength toning exercise. So.walk 5.88 miles 13,886'steps Green goddess complete Water complete Need.to.work.on.meditating. I got fresh fruit, strawberries,kiwi,bananas,halos.greens celery,carrots,potatoes.. So.I have some fruits and vegetables to work.with.
