Goal 1... No gluten..I have two autoimmune diseases so just no.its poison to my body. 

Goal 2.. Water water water. 124 0z. I.broke this down into five 24 oz bottles plus a once each for ice..

Goal 3 ..get 10k on my fitbit 6 days a week.

Level up goal is  meditation...I.want to.find a good meditation I usually do depak and oprah but one isnt going right now so I.have just been centering on my.own..this I.want to be a daily thing for at least five minutes

 

Its game time...time to kick ass

Hey lynneta, your goals look good. For goal 2 and your level up goal it might help to be a bit more specific. How much water? How many days a week are you going to meditate and for how long? Are you using an app or something else or just sitting and doing your own thing? Not being critical here, just trying to help. :) It's easier when you specify exactly how you want to hit your goals. 

 

I notice you've already been commenting on other threads, and that's great. Building yourself a support system helps a lot. Keep it up. :)

Hey.girl..thanks for the advice..I appreciate it.im going to.redo my thread want to add some cat gifs..love cats..didn't know you could do.that here so.I.will make my.goals more specific.

Have you used a water app.. It helped me focus on water its called drink.water..I know original but its a great app.

 

 

Ok update ..gluten is still a issue,but.I.have not.had anything with gluten today.

 

Water intake is going great.I.am drinking 124 oz

 

Steps..I.need to work.on..I.think im going to.break my steps into.segments so im not  cramming in my.steps..

Hey.guys I am having a hard time posting gifs..I.clicked on.the gif copied link and put.it where it says insert media..but when I.click submit the gif doesn't show. I. Am.ising a phone not a laptop.

Day 1..

 

For this challenge im focusing on the power of three

 

Food clean eating..no gluten.dairy..

Exercise 5 to.6 days a week  classes  walking 10k min on fitbit. kb 

Water  124 oz a day 

 

Personal mini challenge Mon through friday.is a green goddess challenge

 

Done..green godless

Kale

Spinach

Peas

Carrots

Celery

Cukes

Banana

Cocoa powder ..yep its tasty.im a chocolate girl 

 

These vary depending on what.I.have on hand and what my.mood is.

 

Also.doing vinegar.shots...2 tbsp in morning and 2 tbsp in evening.

 

Ok enough.talk..time to.cook a stirfry.over brown rice 

 

Cabbage onions mushrooms carrots  caramelized in a ginger mango soy sauce.

Served  over a bed of Brown rice with garlic greens mixed in .

Well.my.philosophy is if I eat right,exercise and hydrate.the scale will take care of itself.

Food was great today..started with a green goddess they always give me energy.I.had nothing off plan 

 

 

Walk was over 2 miles over 5k..my goal.is 10k.I.am going to have to make more of a effort to.get.in my steps 

 


Kb workout 10 lb 30 reps 

Overhead Swing
Squat
Russian twists
 

Strength toning class

 

Lots of lunges,squats with weights

 

Core work..sit ups ,bicycle  reverse crunches.

Lot.of work.with weights 

Pushups and tricep push ups..

 

Water  124 oz

 

Overall minus the missing steps.I think.it was a successful day.

 

Lots of temptations and I said no to pizza,candy bars and ice cream.
