This month I am challenging all takers to a volume-off. I'll be recording my volume for every workout and I dare y'all to try to beat me in total volume lifted for the week. Anyone who does so gets to pick what kind of cardio/conditioning I do the next week. Want to make me run? Flip tires in the snow? Heavy yoke or farmers? 5 miles of rucking? Beat me. Six people beat me? I gotta fit 6 different forms of cardio in the next week. I will likely get 3-4 hours of cardio per week so it's your job to tell me what to do, it's my job to fit it all in. I have access to all sorts of strongman and crossfit equipment for y'all to abuse me with, in addition to your standard cardio methods. If I end up on top I get to pick what I do. And I will go easy on myself so please kick my ass. (Also, if you want to wager something on your end to hold yourself accountable please let me know.) If you're game, post it and update the sheet below at the end of the week with your total volume. Ladies, multiply your volume by 1.75. Pushups, BW squats, pullups, dips and the like count as moving your full bodyweight. I'm only counting half my bodyweight for such movements since I'm almost certainly bigger than you and I want y'all to feel like you have a chance.
