Hi!! I'm a long time lurker but new member......

 

A little about me.... I'm a father and husband and I am due to run my first marathon in just over a week. 

 

Although I am in reasonable shape (otherwise I wouldn't be attempting a marathon), I don't live a healthy lifestyle with too much bad food and inconsistent training. My goal is to become the strong, fit, healthy role model for my son....... I want strength, flexibility and all round happiness. See you on the flip side!

Good luck with the marathon!  I take it you already know your way around the site from your lurking but if you need any help with anything just ask.  :)
