We'll start the next challenge on Monday, so we really need to come up with something now.

 

My thoughts:

Start a pvp thread and open it for all of NF. In one team there will be doodlies, in the other team will be non-doodlies.

 

We'll play a modified version of Jeopardy. 

There will be 5 categories: Strength, mindfulness, cardio, Food and miscellaneous

Each category had 5 or so options, ranging from 100 - 500 points

Each person chooses ONE option. (an option is for example: 100 points strength challenge, or 400 points Cardio challenge) You'll get a random challenge for the option you choose.

The lower the points, the easier it will be to complete the challenge. So if you have a busy week or you're not feeling well, you'll pick something low in points. And when you feel like taking on the universe you'll choose a 500 point option.  

Each option can be chosen only ONCE per team. At the beginning of the week all team members will declare which option they'll go for, and I'll give them their challenge using a random number generator or the random option on darebee.

 

Now we need 5 options for each categorie

My proposal (feel free to propose additions/alterations!)

 

Strenght: 

100 points: daily dare each day

200 points: a light random workout from darebee each day

300 points: a medium random workout from darebee each day

400 points: a hard random workout from darebee each day

500 points: an advanced random workout from darebee each day

 

Mindfullness:

Random one of these options:

    - Meditation

    - Mindful eating

    - Mindfully listening to music

    - Breath mindfully

    - Do a routine task mindfully. Like brushing your teeth, folding laundry, driving to work etc.

For 100 points you do 10 minutes each day, 200 points 20 minutes etc.

 

Cardio

Random one of these options:

    - Biking

    - Walking, running or elliptical

    - Dancing

    - Swimming (can be switched when there is no swimming pool nearby)

    - Jumping rope (can be switched when there is knee trouble)

For 100 points you do 30 minutes that week, 200 points 1 hour, 300 points 1,5 hours etc.

 

Food

Random one of these options:

    - Make X new recipes

    - Eat X different kinds of vegetables that week

    - Eat X portions of freggies

    - Drink X liter of water, tea and/or black coffee

    - Chose X foods you eat that are not in favor of your challenge goals (like chocolate, ice cream) and don't eat them this week

Where X is

    - 5 for 100 points

    - 8 for 200 points

    - 11 for 300 points

    - 15 for 400 points

    - 20 for 500 points

 

Miscellaneous

Random one of these options:

    - X hours of housekeeping

    - X hours of learning something

    - Sleep for at least X hours each night

    - Read for X hours

    - Play a game (tabletop and/or on your computer) for X hours

Where X is

    - 2 for 100 points

    - 4 for 200 points

    - 7 for 300 points

    - 10 for 400 points

    - 14 for 500 points

I'll open a pvp thread tomorrow when no one has disagreed with this plan :)

It couldn't have been made better.

 

And if the majority of challengers agree with an issue in the jeopardy system in the middle of the game, everyone can vote to make a unanimous decision on a solution and that change can be implemented then.

I dunno, she is a Ranger now 

even if she won't change her guild crest. I'm tempted to abuse my guild leader powers and do it for her.

It was always separate from the 4 week challenges. I don't know why they put it there...

 

This is the accountability thread and it includes the link. I've got the feeling I'm missing your point.
