Your gymnastics video is mesmerizing, so cool! I have never done anything like that! You are so strong and graceful!

 

LOVE that you told those girls to clean up their business! We don't generally have to share at my gym but folks are still super self absorbed re the space they take up and how long they are occupying equipment and space they don't need any longer.

 

Hope you get some R&R&R (last is recovery!)

And moar food!

It certainly wasn't the best bacon in the world, but at the end of the day, it was still bacon....

Thank you! I don't feel very graceful, but it's cool that other people see it :)

Much recovery is needed! I took an extra rest day last night and feel a smidge better today. (Also, taking zicam and vitamin c tabs, just in case)

Day 1.4

1) Fitness

☐☐☐ Move 5x/week

☐ Handstands

☐ Hip Strengthening*

☐☐ Foam Roll/Massage*

 

Rested again instead of doing gymnastics. Likely won't check all the boxes this week, but I'm fine with it. I think the extra recovery is needed.

 

2) Read

 Total  2 

Nope. Watched more TV, because I nearly fell asleep at 8:30 and didn't want to read because I couldn't focus on it.

 

3) Work on dat morning routine.

 Turn off phone when I go to bed and use a different alarm clock

 Prep breakfasts

 Pick out outfit/jewelry etc night before

 Drink a glass of water before I can have coffee/tea in the a.m.*

 Morning yoga*

 

This morning was weird because I slept in and came into work late. I woke up at about 8:30 compared to my usual 7am so I took things casual and slow.

 

Feeling a bit better. Hoping that I just needed an extra rest day.
