LOVE that you told those girls to clean up their business! We don't generally have to share at my gym but folks are still super self absorbed re the space they take up and how long they are occupying equipment and space they don't need any longer. Likely won't check all the boxes this week, but I'm fine with it. I think the extra recovery is needed. 2) Read ☑ Total 2 Nope. Watched more TV, because I nearly fell asleep at 8:30 and didn't want to read because I couldn't focus on it. 3) Work on dat morning routine. ☑ Turn off phone when I go to bed and use a different alarm clock ☑ Prep breakfasts ☑ Pick out outfit/jewelry etc night before ☑ Drink a glass of water before I can have coffee/tea in the a.m.* ☐ Morning yoga* This morning was weird because I slept in and came into work late. I woke up at about 8:30 compared to my usual 7am so I took things casual and slow. Feeling a bit better.
