Jedpool finally checking in!

 

Haven't done so well this challenge :(. I accomplished my distance feat of 10000 meter row, but couldn't do the speed feat. For recovery week though I've already started and have been focusing on meditation :) . I'm also trying out a new app called calm!

Rolling with the Ranger ideal of "adapt," and Deadpool's disregard for the rules, I'm changing my recovery feat.  I will do at least 15 minutes of yoga or some sort of stretching twice this week.  NF Yin Yoga isn't going to happen.  It takes longer than I'm going to have tonight (unless I stay up late, which breaks one of my challenge goals), and I'm going to be spending the weekend with someone who is very anti-yoga and I'm not going to have that argument because it's not worth ruining the trip over.

'Eh, yeah, so I got distracted and wandered off, whewps.At least I get to use a deadpool gif :D

So no yoga but I did learn a supposedly insanely painful stretch that involves wrapping an elastic band around my back and feet and a wall and floor and squats and I'm gonna go try that nao before bed o.O
