Aces3000 - 5/3/1 Set! Go!!

Want to upload my spreadsheet for the week but getting an error about a maximum upload amount. Not sure what that's about and don't feel like figuring it out right now. 


 Great week with three excellent workouts. Should have time to get another session in for mobility and conditioning this weekend.

Great week of workouts. I hit all three days of 5/3/1 this week. It's week two so a 3 week. 

Wednesday's training session was a tough one, but great. I always try to keep track of what my trainer has me do and I'm pretty sure I always miss something. This week in my notes it says deadlift, floor press, TRX row and "other stuff." I was too tired to even make full notes. Today was bench press day and I did the "boring but big" assistance work. Added in some dumbbell rows, lat pull down and thoracic mobility work for good measure. Excellent session
