Raised leg circles done, but no EC. I really need to do some work on my hip flexors.

Forgot all about these for a few days! But got the chest expansion thing done with EC today. Back on track soon, hopefully!

I'll go for silver+ this time (=35). But I haven't done a single one yet, so we'll see.

Done Monday, no EC.

Ok, so just now I did today's 60 climbers with EC. This puts me at 3 of my 35 aimed for points with 12 days to go. I better adjust my goal, huh? Aiming for 20 (=Bronze+5) now.

Had to take a step back from the boards for a couple days (final exams). But I managed to get the back extensions and the climbers done yesterday and the day before. No EC on either, though.

Can anyone access today's dare? I keep refreshing the page, but all it shows is the dares up to the 8th...

Did you get it?   It's 50 heel taps.  Lie on your back like in a sit up position then reach to tap heels.  It's a shifting side to side motion.

Weird... still nothing.

Do you stay lying on your back and just reach side to side to tap your heels (knees drawn in like a sit up?) 25 each side or 50? Is the EC to do them all at once?

Sorry for all the questions. Don't want to do them wrong...

here's the video from today's dare.  50 in one go (25 per side, alternating heel taps as shown) for EC.

I should have checked in here, you guys are wonderful. Since I am only actually aiming to do dares if I have no training I wasn't too worried about the archive page being out of whack, and after 3 1/2 h in the sportshall I forgot and that was just a-okay. But today the archive was still set to the 8th, mumpf.

Today's dare: do 40. the image said down and up is one go, so I counted 20 per side for EC for myself, what about you?

I counted at the taps, if that makes sense? Alternating till 40.

Knee to elbow crunches done with EC. That was suspiciously easy...

I flaked out on the knee to elbow crunches. And that is why I need to do the daily dare first thing in the morning.

That squat hold was brutal...

60 second squat hole done with EC - actually felt pretty easy. Feels like I'm come a long way from the time I used to struggle with a 30 second wall sit.

Why is the daily list thing stuck?

You could try checking the dare from darebee's home page? That's where I normally check it and I haven't had problems with it being stuck.

squat hold done with EC. got back up from bed to do it too, cause "60 secs, I can do that", wasn't as easy as the voice in my head said to get me out of bed, but all is good.

Today: 60 seconds chest squeeze.

Edit: also done with EC
