Which is going to include *gasp* actually working out! I’m also still carrying over some old goals since I haven’t been able to hit them like I want to. Hula hoop 3x a week If you haven’t tried hula hooping, you must. It’s a great cardio work out, plus you can get in some body weight exercises in at the same exact time! Try squats and lunges while hula hooping, you’ll see how intense it can get. Ideally I’d love to find a class to join, but I’m not having any luck. So, I’m just going to work out in my house. Will most likely do MWF mornings. CURRENTLY ON HOLD I ran out of space in my suitcase coming back from vacation/staying at my parents house for the weekend. My suitcase was falling over I had it so overstuffed with all my clean laundry for work and from vacation. But, my mom is coming up sometime this week to return my cats, so I am going to have her bring the clothes at the same time. In the meantime, I am going to use my under desk elliptical. I am going to start the 4 week mileage challenge that is connected to the app. Stop eating like a dickhead I noticed that my eating was starting to slide a little bit during the last challenge. At one point I stopped tracking my food. I think it was during my injury. I started having 2 chais a day again. And my choices for lunch and after dinner snacks were turning to the dark side. So, I’m going to start tracking again, 5x a week. I will stay in the range that Sparkpeople.com tells me, which is between 1200-1550 calories a day. And one way to help with this is… Eat more fruits & veggies Who would’ve thought I’d have to carry this over for a third challenge? It’s not that I don’t like fruits and veggies, I’m just horrible at adding them to a meal. Four meals a week need to have a fruit and/or a veggie. Stop spending money like a dickhead Still a work in progress, but I’m getting better! Goal is still to only put $100 (or less) on each credit card (2) each month. Only way I can rebuild my savings is to stop spending my extra income on credit card bills. So, let’s do this!! 3 Quote "You won't find your answers by looking to the stars.
