Yeah, I wish YouTube would have given me a warning. I guess next time I won't bother trying to use music I actually own. It should be fixed now.

Apparently my other trailer is blocked now, too. The summary to take away from this is that YouTube hates electronic music if any quality, but especially BT.

I'm going to have to officially pull out of the competition. :(

I've come down with a horrible chest cold, so attempting a 1RM is going to be impossible in my weakened state.

Maybe next time!

Bummer! We'll make sure to do one in the fall for everyone that had to miss this, i think. The Ferocious Fall Fitness Fest.

Just posted! I wanted to check out the other numbers and see how I compare... but it looks like some have posted in pounds rather than kilograms. How will we know for certain?

Nope all numbers on the sheet are in kilos. We just have some strong nerds 'round here.

Today really bites the big one....I was supposed to do my lifts this morning, but life seemed to trip me up....again!

I'll either go tonight and post crap numbers or go in the morning and impose my awesome will upon the weights and post numbers dripping with awesome sauce! (in my own mind anyway!)

Gotta get out of this funk!

I need a serious break from reality!!!!

Completed mine today and just posted them. All 3 are PRs!!! Woohoo!

Squat: 305lbs

Bench: 205lbs

Deadlift: 455lbs

I failed at hitting my squat and bench hopefuls (315 squat for the 6 plates and 225 bench for the 1xBW goal), but hit my goal for the DL....2xBW+!!! My high reaching DL goal was 475, and that was a 2 time failure.

Like bigm, I learned how to bail from a squat for this first time today :), but at a weight under what my max ended up being....apparently wasn't prepared, who knows. Time to go and update my Epic Quest log! WOOT!

Ok, in all their ugly glory, here are the videos from my attempts. Very bad on the lock outs. No squat video because the camera fell off the post I had it on and I had to reboot it.

There is only about 15 seconds between the 340 fail and the 340 success. I just turned around and did it.
