CourtnieMarie Posted May 24, 2017 Report Share Posted May 24, 2017 that is how i prefer to enjoy a spartan sprint OCR. with naked friends. i took about 5 days off everything and am ready to jump headfirst into zero week in order to start preparing for the spartan on june 17th. 24 days. totally enough time to prep. CourtnieMarie Posted May 25, 2017 Author Report Share Posted May 25, 2017 Week 0 – Wednesday Day 1 Week 1 Spartan WOD 10m walk on treadmill at 0.5% incline and 3.8mph 1 min jog at 6.1mph 3 min walk at 3.9mph Repeat 5x TOTAL – 30m; 2.11 mi; 55 ft climbed 10m of mobility stretches at work: 3 planks @ 75s chair pose @ 60s boat pose @ 60s lunges @ 60s each had a bowl of broccoli before running out to rehearsal. dinner was a veggie egg wrap from starbucks and then a couple pieces of chocolate when I got home Calories: ZERO WEEK/14,000 Weights: 0/2 Spartan: 1/5 Burpees: 0/45 Yoga: 25/60; 2/3 I don’t know what I was thinking planning a lifting session for today. there was no way I was going to be able to get up at 4:50a after getting home at 10:30p. I can still get in a Spartan WOD tonight, some burpees, and maybe some yoga.
