Yesterday's training...starting this challenge off right!  In pounds:

Squat

2 x 5 at 45

1 x 5 at 95

1 x 5 at 135

1 x 3 at 185

3 x 3 at 225 (TWO PLATES! - This is my previous 1RM!)

2 x 1 at 225  - supposed to be three on each of those sets, but I ain't even mad.  TWO PLATES!

I think that next session will be 3x3, though, and I am debating going up by 2.5 or just by 2.  I have cute little microplates, so...I could go up by .5 if I wanted to...

OHP

3 x 5 at 45 - mostly just for funsies.

Today's training, in pounds:

Warm-up

(It's always the same, but I will type it out once this challenge: double jumps on the rope (I'm up to 60), forward leg swings, side leg swings, shoulder dislocates, if squats, ankle circles)

BSS

1 x 5 at 40 - felt like garbage, so

3 x 10 at BW

 

Deadlift

2 x 5 at 45 RDL

2 x 5 at 135

 

Mobility

(it's always the same - 20 seconds per side or 20 seconds for the thing)

hip stretches

cat camel into child pose

deep hip stretches

cat camel into child pose

dog humpers

Grok Squat x 2, second one no hands

 

Cardio

1 mile walk with Mr. Dragonfly
