Goal 1: Lift 3 - 4 times per week. Goal 2: Get my food back firmly under control. Track every day. In pounds: Squat 2 x 5 at 45 1 x 5 at 95 1 x 5 at 135 1 x 3 at 185 3 x 3 at 225 (TWO PLATES! - This is my previous 1RM!) 2 x 1 at 225 - supposed to be three on each of those sets, but I ain't even mad. TWO PLATES! I think that next session will be 3x3, though, and I am debating going up by 2.5 or just by 2. I have cute little microplates, so...I could go up by .5 if I wanted to...
