Memorial Day "Murph" Woot

Recommended Posts

For those who are unfamiliar, the Memorial Day "Murph" is an American CrossFit tradition.  It is supposed to be performed in boots and a 20-lb weighted vest.  Somehow I actually managed to finish the thing, Rx, in 53:33.  To be fair, I wasn't wearing boots... but I did have the 20 lb vest on.

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups*
200 Push-ups*
300 Air Squats*
1 mile Run

*May be partitioned any way you like

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Cardinal, you're fantastic. Amazing! I'm still looking forward to the day I can do one pull-up, let alone 100! And all that in under an hour!
