I'm starting this to continue my crazy.

I have goals in mind of getting healthier and into shape for health reason, but also I am hopelessly addicted to the Warrior Dash type 5Ks. My second one is this coming August and I am hoping to better my results from last year. I psyched myself out and almost lost my best friend because I wasn't mentally ready for what we did. Now my brain tells me that I must do better, there is no try and there is no going back.

 

I am hoping that having like-minded individuals to talk to on occasion will help my motivation.

Welcome to NerdFitness, Riley! You're in good company, there are plenty of people around here running 5Ks and OCRs, and even those that don't are pretty friendly. Let us know if you need anything or have any questions!
