Husband cooks nearly all the meals and I miss making things.

It makes me feel like I have no desire to eat.

I bloody love Kimmy Schmitt so definitely following!

 

You know how Netflix gives you the option to skip the credits for shows? I do it on all shows except UKS, because that song just makes me smile, dammit!

So I'm changing things up a bit. I had a full on panic attack and melt down at CONvergence and I've been really low since.

 

When I put on Malory Archer, I broke the belt. My tights wouldn't come up past my knees. The dress looked awful and tight and lumpy... And this outfit has always fit me, even at my heaviest. I cried. I swore a lot. I drank a lot because I wanted to not feel so self conscious and uncomfortable in my skin. I felt ugly and vulnerable and uncomfortable and I was miserable for the majority of the con because of how incredibly self-conscious I felt. I did not have my best time. The only outfit I felt good in was Ramona Flowers... because it's basically street clothes.

 

I'll post some photos soon. I didn't really do anything new. The depression has been really, really bad and I have no energy to even create, which is normally my outlet. I just can't... do anything. And I'm miserable because I'm not doing anything and I'm not doing anything because I'm miserable.

 

Vicious. Cycle.

 

Mile test tonight, most likely. Not expecting great things.

First day was good. I took the time Sunday after coming home and decompressing from the Con a bit to find a meal plan for the week and go after it. Ate well all day yesterday. Tracked it all and came in where I was supposed to for this bracket.
