Hi Guys,

I have had a knee problem for almost a decade now. To be specific, its hyper knee along with knee knocking (10 degrees bend) . Lately is has started to hurt; so, I can't run any more. I have been trying to find an alternative which gives me a complete body work out with low impact on my bones.

Being a runner, I hate indoor workouts. So please recommend some cross-fit training alternative which can solve my problem.

Till now, I have found a machine called "Me-Mover Fit" while searching online.

I would really appreciate your comments on this machine or any other alternative.

I know from experience swimming is a great outdoor full body workout. As far as I know it's not that hard on the knee, it might even help with recovery judging from the many people I've seen incorporating a pool to their post-injury recovery routines.

Probably, though you might want to look for specialized exercises depending on the case. Might wanna discuss with your physician first, especially since I'm no expert.
