Need variations of these exercises!

Hi so I know that one legged squats are the next variation of bodyweight squats and polymeric push-ups are the next variation of push-ups but what about dips, pull-ups and chin-ups or even planks?

For dips & pull-ups you have a several of options.

 

1) If you haven't already; focus on wide and narrow grips

2) Start incorporating "explosive" versions of each exercise

3) Focus on isometric holds and eccentrics to develop dense muscle

4) Start introducing weights via weight belt

 

 

Just a few options that came to mind right away. Hopefully these can give you some inspiration :)
