Sunday was a picnic meal, so macros are a mess, whatever that means.  More respawn calories.  That's what it means.

I was having fun with my choice of grip and some trouble at 154 pounds until I fixed it and reset.

I have been absent from the forum a while.  I'm nearing the end of a program.  Tuesday night, I hit a snatch at 175 pounds, just shy of my PR at 180 pounds and a post-injury best.  My clean and jerk is still hanging around 225 pounds.  This seems to be an easy power clean if I try, but I'm trying to work a different jerk form and I have a golfer's elbow I'm working on.

 

Okay.  Fine.  I injured my elbow from jerking too much.  :monkey:

 

In other news, I typed into Google....

......and I forgot my question and Google decided to troll me.

 

What is wrong with you, Google?  Do you know something I don't?
