I was usually off by about 10% and I think it was partly because it was harder to maintain a constant speed and consistent stroke. Rowing: 10 intervals of 30 second sprint, 120 second recovery - I made sure I hit 6250 meters. Active pull-up bar holds: 6 x 30 seconds and a bit, because 45 seconds was just not going to happen. First one was close to 40 seconds.
