    So, yeah. I really don't know that I could do the Whole 30. Good on you for working through it! You've got a great start! You're an inspiration. What happened last time when you came off of the Whole 30 that caused it to go downhill? What are you going to do differently this time? Yay for 4 day weekend! Woot woot! You know, I try to plan weekends and vacations where I just stay home and be lazy and do nothing... It never ends up that way. It's so hard for me to do. I always end up with plans or trying to get stuff done. Hope your housework/yardwork doesn't take too much time so you can have plenty of lounge time! My husband has this argument too. I can't purge anything that's not explicitly mine because he WILL notice. He notices and then get super mad and we argue about it. It's to the point that I just have my areas that I can purge and keep clean. I try to avoid buying him anything too. Not only does he argue that he "might use it eventually" but also he is extremely sentimental and places value on things. For me, things are just things. I don't get attached to him. But I swear, touch one of his books that he hasn't looked at in 20 years and he flips out!

    Good training session this morning. Two rounds of KB and some presses and rows thrown in for good measure. Feel good afterwards. Only a 100 kcal deficit yesterday but didn't go over. I cleaned up my neckline last night and my scruff looks better. More like I did this on purpose and less like a hobo.

    Is Bleeding After Workouts Normal?

    So i started exercising for the first time like ever because im 18 and finding i need to take action of helping my body lose weight as im becoming an adult now and my body doesn't stay slim like it used to. Ive got my own Workout of Crunches and ab twists and also full body fat workouts but i have found that i am bleeding the day after and only for that one day then it stops. The worry i am having is i dont get periods as i have stopped them completely by the doctor prescribing me with the constant prescription of the pill where I have no breaks with it. I am also testing it out before i go to the doctors about it so I'm going to stop exercise for 2 weeks and then start exercise again and if i bleed i will take it to the doctors as i feel like because im on the pill I shouldn't be bleeding at all.     I'll just be reusing my goals from last challenge. But, you know what, it gets things done. 1. Lift your lifts 3-4x per week. Not that I won't, but it's nice to check off the box when I do. 2. Shenanigans take two 1x per week. Actually find something fun/unconventional/goofy movement-wise to do every week. 3. Write 2x per week. It is outside drinking season again and my Guide to Daydrinking project is calling to me. Random creative writing or poetry prompts also count! Plus musing about gymnastics, videos of dumb stuff, pictures of food probably, etc. Y'all know the drill.
