    DarK_RaideR's BattlE_LoG

So great to see the wresting back, I've been missing it. Still not sure about this Lister vs Silver match, but he can't exactly hide now can he. I just hope the rest of the crew can hold off the dirty tricks

    Salinger's twenty third challenge!

You know what? World would be a better place if more people cried for all the bad things in it. It's not silly, it's a natural reaction when one mentally faces what's happening right now around us. We often dig our heads into sand, but if we would acknowledge the darkness in the world more often, maybe we could do more to bring some light to it. Anyways, sending hugs!

Wow, you're rocking, @SkyGirl! Also joining the belated congrats on being a Guild Leader! And yeah, totally dig your sleeping goal (battling the same habit this 4WC). You started great and I'm sure you're gonna nail it!

Haha, this is my slogan In related news, I discovered that my "smart" scale considers poop to be lean body mass...

    WhiteGhost is Nephalem

    Metaphorically, yes.

    Brogo is Rocky part I

My previous statement was obviously directed entirely at the contemporary travesty you're describing here. I used to sing in a church choir that did a lot of Bach's chorals. Music with a beautiful soul.

    [Wolfpool] The Unchained Predator

W00t w00t, @SheriffWolfpool! That's awesome! Btw, I keep thinking how much that Doom guy is sweating while dancing under that armour.
  11. Windshield wipers done with ec. The tree I didn't quite get the leg all the way up there, so modified but in one go, no points but feeling good about balance. The LittleBoy joined me and his tree was also quite good. send from my phone, bear with me.

    Raptron Repeats Herself

Yeah, but if you do happen roll your ankle in strappy heels then the chance of breaking or seriously hurting your ankle goes up by lots (as we learned the hard way) Whew, I feel tired just reading that

    The Rise of Skywalker

Somehow I found motivation to not go over the top last night, as I remembered that I won't be able to run normally today evening if I was too tired. Wasn't in bed by 23:30, but at least I was there at midnight with closed eyes. Subquest 1 (sleeping): 5/20 Subquest 2 (devotions): 7.5/20

    The next step

W3 D2 Yesterday was dominated by my appointed MRI scan in the afternoon. On the plus side, I did another creatinine level test on Monday and the numbers were way better than earlier - almost within the norm. - Keep the engine running No workout because lack of time (I was back home ~9pm) and MRI tech advice. - We're losing pressure 2062 kcal, 112 g protein. Average weight: ??? Tuesday weight - 74.7kg - lower and lower... I don't like it. - Beware the material fatigue No problem waking up at alarm. Went to bed at 10:30, fell asleep soon after. - This thing needs to move After work there was race with time to get on my appointed scan. I was on time, but it turned out there was a delay due to doctor overseeing administering contrast agent was needed on two spots at one time, so I waited additional hour before scan. This only fueled my "afternoon crash" to the extent I almost fell asleep in MRI machine (regardless of the noise) and couldn't really shake it off again after the scan. Drove home, ate supper and went to bed.

    Snickie respawns!

I get these sometimes, but for me it is more because the muscle is feeling overworked and cramps up (a very different feeling from both side cramps and a charlie horse). Resting it for a bit and then doing some light flex/relax reps (i.e. squeeze & release) seems to help. Also, getting enough water is the thing that most helps it from happening in the first place. I don't see a post with problems, did it already get deleted?
  18. That's a good point, and it's obviously different if that's all you have to go on and you have to eliminate somebody, but surely people don't care that much in a real life? I think if it got down to that and somebody told me they wanted to stop because of my vagina I don't think I'd ever stop laughing.

    My way towards OCR

July 16th Nutrition: Breakfast - none Lunch - chicken with spinach, rye bread - 814kcal, 61g protein Dinner - none - MRI required 6 hours without eating Snack - two muesli bars after MRI (around 7:30pm) 254kcal, 3g protein Supper - muesli with nuts, whole milk, protein powder and three nectarines - 874kcal, 42g protein Drinks - black coffee, water. Morning coffee with 200ml whole milk - 120kcal, 6g protein Total 2062 kcal, 112 g protein. Workout (running) - NONE I'm a little mad about it, because it's already my third missed running workout. Two earlier due to war games, and this one because I came back home at 9pm, my arm hurt from PV catheter and MRI tech told me to take easy on me after the scan (because contrast agent)... So many excuses, but I'm still not fine with missing the run.

    H3r0 Earns Some Skill Badges

I used to think I was getting plenty of protein, but then after tracking more closely I also discovered that I was not getting nearly as much as I thought I was. After upping the amount (+another 50-100%) I find I have less snack cravings and I recover faster.

    Flat Belly

Hey Veronica !.. I could reccommend jogging abot 1-2 hours each day and maybe some sit ups in between. Keep a schedule and stay hydrated. I recently finished this program that helped me lose my stomach without alot of excercise at all. You can read more about it here

    [Ohlemontine] becomes a dippity-doer

Not having someone there who has your back can make things a lot tougher. If it helps, we are here and have have your back. We may not be there in person, but we totally support you even when (especially when!) you struggle I have a similar type of mentality, but for me it actually ends up working quite well. For example, I may have a whole kitchen of dishes to do, but I trick myself into just getting the water running and putting soap in the sponge. Once I get started, the all or nothing mentality takes over and I end up finishing even when I was not in the mood to do it at all. Same thing for working out. When I don't feel like doing anything, I just change into my workout clothes. From there I can choose to just hang out and do nothing or continue with the workout, but 100% of the time my brain says, "well, we're already dressed for it, we might as well go and do something". Sometimes all we need is just that little nudge, and it is much easier to trick our brains into doing things if we can convince them that we have the option to quit once step one is done. I love this. Great idea!
  24. I totally get this. Being someone who works out is part of my identity now, I would feel pretty lost without it I have seen an episode of this. I couldn't help thinking the whole time that this would be just brutal for everyone being rejected for their body, and creating all kinds of mental health/body acceptance issues for viewers who maybe have the same vagina shape as the person who got voted off for having one that wasn't pretty enough.

Juice Bar - Rebel Hang Out

I think you'd be a wonderful Ambassador. You're very energetic, welcoming, and friendly, and you do a good job already of visiting lots of threads in the guild. I see your posts around everywhere. I've reached out to see if we can get the ball rolling on a promotion for you. You might have to fill out an application, though, lol. Would you mind if I PM you about it? I don't like to discuss mini planning in too much depth on the forums because I like them to be a surprise. But I certainly would not mind some help! I agree, most of us are HERE, because we're leveling up at "life" and building routines before we focus on HOW we're going to better our fitness. Whether it's cross training, running, martial arts, yoga, etc. Maybe an addition to the description\classification? Just thoughts I believe the guild descriptions are supposed to mirror what's in Steve's book, and the last major guild overhaul was done to get everything in line with that. But I did notice recently that in the Welcome/FAQ section of the forums for guild info there is no Rebel recruitment thread, and the overview states (in line with the book) that Rebel is the starter guild, despite the creation of a LV 1 guild since that was written. So it definitely does need to be updated. If I was new to the forums, I'd be super confused. @Tanktimus the Encourager, if you think it would be appropriate/allowed for us to update that info, I'd love to open up a thread to discuss among the guild how we could change our tagline to be a little more clear about what we're here for while still being inclusive and beginner-friendly. (Rather than just make something up and unilaterally update it myself, I mean.) Thank you for the offer! This challenge's juice bar has been so energetic, I should defend you guys' business more often And yes, I'm definitely in the same boat with feeling like I'm on more solid footing in Rebel... it's not that I couldn't fit in elsewhere, just that this guild is better for my all-over-the-place goals now, you know?

    [iatetheyeti] Battlemage Vol. I: Beginnings

Let's see.. lowest average temperature is 26 degrees, humidity is 70-80 percent all year. Absolute lowest temperature, hmm maybe 22 degrees? Highest temperature - 34 degrees. Today was 31 degrees. I am from Asia. A totally different part of the world. Again put me in a cold place, I'll huddle under the blankets and hibernate and refuse to come out, lol. Good luck with your job search!

    Diadhuit - Counterintuitive?

Tue 1) Eat breakfast: with proteins in it - had a chia seeds drink only: no 2) Eat lunch at 1ish even at weekends - yes! 3) Eat dinner: with proteins and/or veggies and/or fruit - yes 4) Sleep more - yes, I was in bed by 10 5) Do less (say no, take your time) - I was in bed by 10, but I committed to some mentoring at work... I'm back at work, some bad habits hard to break. I had loads of sweets but at least took a longer lunch break.
