Motivation comes from taking action. The number one cause of not taking action is paralysis-by-analysis and not knowing where to start. . Well, this list was made to call you out on your bullshit and take away any excuse you may have as to why you can’t take action on at least one of these goals. . Pick one. Do it consistently for 2 weeks. Repeat. And remember: Don’t beat yourself up *when* you mess up, because it will happen. All you need to do is get right back on track and put one foot in front of the other — one meal and one workout at a time. . Let’s kick 2018 in the dick. 💙
