Just finished 4 week intermittent fast, went 18-22 / 6-2 on average every day throughout the 4 week's. lost 18 pounds. My weight training workouts are going well and my runs, jump rope and cardio on the M7 BF our showing good results. Today is day one of the next 4-week span of IF. Looking forward to it. We have just started week 2 of our own cycles but that's not near as important as building up the good habits that will help you accomplish your goals.
