It's a tiny thing but it's huge to me.

For my entire life, I couldn't do push-ups. I've always had crappy upper body strength, and the first time I did four pushups in a row and then flopped into my face, I may have actually cried with joy.

Today, I did 20 in a row. I usually do 3 sets of 10 during my circuit, but this is the first time I've done more than 10 at once.

Double points for using a 9lb weight staff (bar? Thing? Best friend loaned it to me, it's got 3 sections, 3lbs each) and having no issue with it.

I've been in an awful place mentally and emotionally lately, and this has made me so happy.

Did my first pushup at age 32. Kinda makes this whole process addictive.

Keep up the great work!!!

Getting life in order is a challenge worth doing.

Happiness is the journey, not the destination (took me forever to learn that)
