As I have been following this site for a while (oh and following Stacci on twitter:)) I thought it was time to sign up! I am a 41 year old Aussie girl who is currently training twice a week at the gym & I also train/play field hockey. I have been eating primal since the start of the year & I have just commenced weight lifting into my gym program, which I must say I cannot believe how taxing dead lifts are!

My goal is to lift my body weight (no set timeframe e.g will see how I am going etc), continue focussing on core exercises & to lose 10cm off my waist (3 months). Also, I did lose 14 kilograms last year (dieting only) & have ceased setting weight goals!

Cheers
