Greetings from canada

Hey everyone, just making an introduction here

 

My names Trevor, im an aspiring dancer, and since im moving at the beginning of september i thought I'd get a new body as well as a new home, so I've started doing the slow carb diet from Tim Ferris' book 4 Hour Body, and working out more. right now mostly abs and a modified version of this

(cause i cant do that many pullups) http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/17/advanced-body-weight-workout-warning-this-will-kick-your-ass/ but i plan to implement some swimming and weights later when my schedule opens up.

 

im starting at 180 lbs, but most of that is in my legs. im hoping to build some strength and definition in my upper body, and be able to do some cool bodyweight things, like flags and handstand pushups. 

 

anyone want to estimate my body fat percentage from this photo?
