#1 on my list is lift..a lot...forever.

 

And embrace the motto of the prettystrong chicks...lift heavy, live light.

 

2013 Goals

Bench - 185

Press - 165

Squat - 255

Deadlift - 320

Power Clean - 185

Power Snatch - 150

25 minute 5K at September race

Stay 90/10 paleo - no grains or dairy, occassional legumes

Matching singlet for lifting shoes  :love-struck:

Spread the message that women with biceps beneath their cardigans are hot!

 

Beyond

Competitive powerlifting in 2014

California coast roadtrip!!

Freestanding handstand (inversion is not my friend)
