rjanke7
I recently put together a project for a simple home gym. Mainly a bench, and bowflex select tech dumbbells. I've done a lot of endurance training, and light weight training in the last couple of years, and finally did some heavier weights. I feel good and sore today.....and even more of a bonus....I got my wife to lift with me. I'm excited to start building up my strength that I have let go for about 10 years. I've got some more equipment to add in, but it's a good start, and I can accomplish most of my goals with what I have now. Raev
Oh man, getting the wife to lift with you is epic. Since getting mine to work out with me, she's been a hell of a motivator. When I just am not feeling it, she gets the fire lit under me arse to get in there and get it done. Welcome to the heavier weights club. level 4 Gnoll warrior STR 6|DEX 5|STA 4|CON 5|WIS 5|CHA 2 Building a better Raev, part 1.
