I tried doing rolls from standing/jumping before and my shoulder always hurt afterwards. I'm not sure how he would do parkour rolls with that hat of his but I believe it would look funny. Spartiat Posted September 13, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 13, 2011 13.September.2011Today I went out searching for a place in the forest were I could do my barefoot sprints and found some realy good tracks with soft ground.Then I did 6 Interval sprints and tried crawling/Quadrupedalmovement for the first time and it's harder than I thought.
