Withdrawal Hell: Here we go...

Well, its started.

I'm currently on day 3 of a 1 per 2 days schedule and the withdrawal is kicking in.

I've woken up early to headaches and very persistent hunger and nausea.

So much for eating when I'm hungry. I feel the urge to try to go sleep it off. Or get sick. I've gotta find a way to work with this. At least, so far, no emotional side effects.

Olanzapine. Its a benzodiazepine. The benefits no longer outweigh the risks, so I've been told I can go off it. X.x

I found significant hydrating helped this morning's wave of ungood. I'm gonna have to remember that.

Good luck, man! Big step. You can do it!

Good call. I tried this and within 15 mins the headaches and nausea went.

Today is trembling, but things are going smoothly. I've been doing pretty good avoiding rebound insomnia so far, getting a good ton of activity during the night.

Ugh, withdrawal sucks. :( I went of paxil a year or two ago after being on it for something like 11 years, and I was basically sick and miserable for a couple months. I hope your withdrawal doesn't last too long. But yeah, keep drinking lots of water, get out in the sunlight when you can, eat healthy foods, and exercise if your symptoms aren't too bad. All those things helped me a bit.
