Okay while at work I simply did the beginner workout as best I could managed to go through 2 sets for the first time :). Had to do inclined push ups due to lack of space and used my desk. my question is what can I do while at work to sub rows? is there anything. I looked all over my office and am not seeing anything heavy enough to use for rows? Any Ideas?

thanks for your time.

Spezzy,

Don't think I can get that into work. I may have to do this part of a workout at home. I was just thinking of ways to get the heart pumping while at work and figured if I had spare time to do a quick run through on the beginner workout, but couldn't figure out what to use. I thought about a case of paper but it was difficult to life with only 1 peice of plastic around it and it was quite heavy to start with.

haha, yeah, that may put a limit on what you can bring in. let me think for a bit and let you know if i come up with something :)

if you want to get your heart pumping at work, you can always do burpees.
