Senator Ozmo
Okay while at work I simply did the beginner workout as best I could managed to go through 2 sets for the first time . Had to do inclined push ups due to lack of space and used my desk. my question is what can I do while at work to sub rows? is there anything. I looked all over my office and am not seeing anything heavy enough to use for rows? Any Ideas? thanks for your time. Senator Ozmo Quote Link to comment

Senator Ozmo
Spezzy, Don't think I can get that into work. I may have to do this part of a workout at home. I was just thinking of ways to get the heart pumping while at work and figured if I had spare time to do a quick run through on the beginner workout, but couldn't figure out what to use. I thought about a case of paper but it was difficult to life with only 1 peice of plastic around it and it was quite heavy to start with. bigm141414
Burpees were forged in the fires of hell with puppy tears and kitty frowns. Nothing but pure oozing evil they are. Just sayin....Because this can't be said enough. See below Quote "Pull the bar like you're ripping the head off a god-damned lion" - Donny Shankle Link to comment

R-0-Dbl-L-O
I throw in a pull up attempt into the mix. Jump and reach for the bar. Mostly because I am a bit of a nut case.Though understandably your at work. You don't want to look too crazy at work.Have you tried standing at work to keep things interesting? Senator Ozmo
Okay I get the idea, looks a lot like one of the what I used to have adjudicated youth back in the day. Looking forward to those, but not today I managed 3 sets of beginner workout minus rows. not bad for a start. Quote Link to comment
