215 days to six pack

Sporadic gym, but getting better, two weeks ago went 4 times, last week was 2 and a half. Had been doing well staying away from the complex carbs, went a wedding this weekend and that kind of got shot to shit. Today was 90% good, had some cheese on a salad at lunch but working on phasing out the dairy. Biggest issue now is putting together a good workout plan so I can stick to it!
