SIRL0INofBEEF
Hello! I have unofficially been following the rebel cause for a couple of months now, but am just now making my first post on the forums. I began with the workouts (tough at first, but I have gotten past the threshold of initial difficulty and am now at level 3), and now I am in the process of going full Paleo. Gone are the hot pockets, breakfast sandwiches, and endless pizza, and here are the almonds (cinnamon and sea salt flavored), meat (beef, pork, chicken), fruit (apples, bananas) and veggies (peppers, onions, carrots). I have to say I feel much better altogether, have more energy, and actually get bored sometimes when I am just sitting down. In addition, I am able to do more then I previously could in terms of cardio and lifting. I love the transformation so far, and have seen my weight drop from a high of 270 to my current 237. I hope to continue, and eventually find my "sweet spot" around 200-210 as I drop the fat and add more muscle. My short term goal is to dominate in my annual "Turkey Bowl" Game on the day after Thanksgiving. My longer term goal would be to "get a 6-pack", to look and feel even better, and to continue living a healthy lifestyle...but with more ultimate frisbee. I look forward to meeting you all, and cant wait to post more results. :geek: Quote Link to comment
