I'm a freshman in college, and I think it's about time I do what I've been wanting to do since the middle of high school: get in shape. I don't really want to lose much weight because I'm at a healthy weight for my height and stuff, but I would love to look toned and to have a little bit of muscle. I'm pretty much a weakling, so I'd like to get away from that. I've never really done much as far as working out, so I'm pretty much doing this for the first time. I don't want to stop working out after I have reached my goal though, my real goal is to start working out, and make it a habit that I keep for life. So hi, and wish me luck. Quote Link to comment
